as of March 2020

As an online shop operator the protection of your data is very important to us. In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our webshop.

1. Responsible organization

Unless stated otherwise, the responsible organization for your personal data is bob.ber GmbH, Hans-Fronius-Straße 15, 2380 Perchtoldsdorf, Austria, Tel.: +43 677 62124525

For information on data protection and your personal data, please contact us via e-mail privacy@bobber-store.com

2. Collection and processing of data

We process the personal data that you make available to us either by using our website (including all sub-pages) or as an active customer by creating a customer account. The purposes of the processing includes first and foremost the optimal delivery of our services as well as the ongoing communication with you as a guest, newsletter subscriber or active customer.

We point out that for the purpose of a simplified purchasing process and for the following service delivery by us the following data are stored: First name, last name, e-mail address, delivery and billing address, if available also the user account password

The data storage takes place exclusively for the handling of concrete order processes (including handling of the payment and delivery) as well as to facilitate you future order processes by the means of a personalized user account.

By creating a customer account or by placing an order, you declare that you agree that we store and process this data electronically in the sense of our service delivery.

3. Disclosure to third parties

A transmission of the data to third parties takes place only insofar as this is necessary for the processing of the order process (for example, payment data to credit institute, address data to suppliers). We only pass on data if this is permitted under German or European data protection law. We work very closely with some service providers, for example with technical service providers (eg. hosting of the online shop by medani GmbH), with logistics companies (Österreichische Post) as well as payment service providers (Masterpayment and PayPal). These service providers may only process your data under special conditions on our behalf. Insofar as we use them as a processor, the service providers will only be able to access your data to the extent and for the period required for the provision of the respective service.

4. Payment data

As part of the ordering process, we do not collect any payment data directly. The modules of the payment service providers are either integrated in our site or you will be redirected to the page of the payment service provider. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies. Thus we receive from the payment service provider only a confirmation of the payment. For your safety, no payment data such as credit card information will be stored by us.

5. Use of cookies

In order to make you visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on our website. These are small text files stored on your device that store certain settings and data for sharing with our system through your browser. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, ie after closing your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies).

6. Google Analytics

This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (www.google.com). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that allow you to analyze the use of the website, such as so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer. The generated information about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating IP anonymisation on this website, the IP address will be shortened prior to transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. The anonymized IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the collection of the data (including your IP address) generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website from Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by installing the browser plug-in available under the following link http: //tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

7. Facebook social plugin

Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the social network Facebook operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition "Social Plug-in of Facebook" or "Facebook Social Plugin". An overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins

If you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser connects directly to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are currently not logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) will be sent from your browser directly to a Facebook server in the US and stored there.

If you do not want Facebook to directly assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.

8. AddThis plugin

Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the AddThis bookmarking service operated by AddThis LLC, Inc. 8000 West Park Drive, Suite 625, McLean, VA 2210, USA ("AddThis"). When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser connects directly to the AddThis servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by AddThis directly to your browser and integrated into the page. By integrating AddThis receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website and stores a cookie on your device to identify your browser. This information (including your IP address) will be transmitted by your browser directly to an AddThis server in the USA and stored there. AddThis uses the data to create anonymous user profiles, which serve as the basis for a personalized and interest-based advertising of visitors to websites with AddThis plug-ins.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by AddThis can be found in the AddThis privacy policy: http://www.addthis.com/privacy/privacy-policy

If you want to object to AddThis data collection for the future, you can set a so-called opt-out cookie, which you can download at the following link: http://www.addthis.com/privacy/opt-out

9. Google Webfonts

In order to render our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries on this website, such as: Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google web fonts are transferred to the cache of your browser to prevent multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web fonts or prohibits access, content will be displayed in a standard font.

The call of script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible - but currently also unclear whether and if so for what purposes - that operators of such libraries collect data.

The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

10. Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of map features by visitors. For more information about Google's data processing, please refer to the Google Privacy Notice: https://policies.google.com/privacy

There you can also change your personal privacy settings in the privacy center.

11. YouTube videos

On some of our pages, we embed Youtube videos. The corresponding plug-ins are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, it will connect to Youtube's servers. This will tell Youtube, which pages you visit. If you are logged into your Youtube account, Youtube can assign your browsing behavior to you personally. You prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account beforehand.

If a Youtube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior.

Anyone who has disabled the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program will not have to expect such cookies when watching YouTube videos. Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.

Further information on data protection at "Youtube" can be found in the provider's privacy policy at: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/
